Privacy Rights Requests

As detailed in our Privacy Notice, individuals whose Personal Data is processed in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025 have certain rights regarding their Personal Data ("Personal Data" or "Information" for purposes of this form). This form enables Data Principals to submit such rights requests to eClinicalWorks India Pvt. Ltd and eClinical India ("eCI") collectively referred as ("we," "us," or "our").

The right to know what Personal Data we collect and/or process.
The right to correction of inaccurate or misleading Personal Data and completion of incomplete Personal Data.
The right to erasure of Personal Data, subject to applicable exceptions.
The right to withdraw consent at any time for processing activities that rely on consent.
The right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
The right not to be retaliated against for exercising rights in good faith.

Please note we do not generally sell Personal Data as the term "sell" is traditionally understood. However, to the extent any processing activity falls within definitions under applicable law that may be interpreted to include certain transfers, disclosures, or use of Personal Data, eCI will comply with DPDP Rules 2025 including honoring applicable consent withdrawal or opt-out rights.
